B-Degree in Production / Operations Management/Engineering
Qualified artisan (added advantage)
Experience in canmaking (added advantage)
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisor role
Be systematic in solving people/process/technical problems.
Have sound leadership capabilities, sound business management and analytical skills.
Have people management skills, coaching and mentoring and performance management.
Possess effective communication and negotiation skills.
Have integrity, high energy levels and excellent interpersonal skills
