MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum NQF 7 qualification in either chemical engineering, chemistry, accounting or commercial essential.
An additional business management qualification will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of base metal products required.
Knowledge of contractual agreements, market trends and statistical techniques.
Sound financial knowledge, ISO 9001 and computer software (MS Office, Excel, SAP ERP) required.
Strong emotional intelligence, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills essential.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage across a multi-function and multi-culture business.
