– A valid driverÂ’s license
Qualifications:
– Matric/Gr 12/N3 Certificate with English, Math & Science (Must)
– National Diploma (Chemical Eng.) (Must)
– B Tech Engineering (Chemical) (Wish)
– A high degree of computer literacy is required to fulfil this position
Experience:
– Technician I: Minimum 2 years industrial experience relevant to position/ Process engineering expertise (Must)
– Technician II: Minimum 5 years industrial experience relevant to position/ Process engineering expertise (Must)
– Senior Technician: Minimum 7 years industrial experience relevant to position/ Process engineering expertise (Must) – Minimum 1 year practical experience of doing senior standby (must) – knowledge and understanding of gasification processes and technology (wish) – coordinating shutdown activities (wish) – acting as area manager (wish)
